一、Definition of UV board
On particleboard, ceramic tiles, artificial granite, glass, acrylic and other boards, UV special paint (UV curing coating, UV photosensitizer ink, etc.) is sprayed by professional equipment, and then dried by a UV curing machine to form a protective layer on the surface. Such boards can be called UV boards.

In summary, all boards coated with UV specific paint through UV light curing and other treatments are UV boards.
二、What is UV technology
Simply put, UV technology is a process of rapidly coating the surface of a substrate through UV curing treatment.
It can be divided into two categories: UV transparent protective layer process and UV inkjet printing process.
1. UV transparent protective layer process
If UV curable coating, which is a transparent varnish, is used, a transparent protective layer will be formed on the surface of the substrate.
Process flow:
Material selection → cutting → cleaning and dust removal → transparent sealing layer coating on the bottom of the board → repair → two coats of primer coating, UV curing, and polishing process on the board surface → two coats of topcoat coating, UV curing, and polishing process → third coat of topcoat coating → UV curing → inspection and acceptance → protective film coating.
2. UV inkjet printing process
If UV specific photosensitizer ink is used, it is a special printing process, similar to printing the desired pattern on a board through UV digital printing, and then coating a protective layer on the board.
Process flow:
Design → Material selection → Cutting → Cleaning and dust removal → Plate roll coating with UV white primer → UV special equipment inkjet printing → Roll coating with ink coating, UV curing, polishing → Roll coating with ink coating, UV curing → Inspection and acceptance → Protective film wrapping.
