We would like to inform you that our factory will be closed for the Mid-Autumn Festival from September 25th to 27th, 2026. Normal operations will resume on September 28th.
To make sure your orders are not affected, we have arranged a duty team to stay on site during the holiday. Production of WPC wall panels, WPC flooring, and co-extrusion decking tiles will continue as scheduled, and our duty staff will respond to any urgent inquiries within 24 hours. Shipping and logistics coordination will also remain active.
If you have any urgent matters during this period, please contact us at Claire@richwpc.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
We kindly suggest planning your orders in advance if you have upcoming deadlines. For any stock or production questions, feel free to reach out before the holiday starts.
Thank you for your continued trust in our WPC wall panel and flooring products. We wish you and your family a happy and peaceful Mid-Autumn Festival.
