PVC board ceiling material is made of PVC resin as the base material, adding a certain amount of anti-aging agent, modifier and other additives, through mixing, calendering, vacuum plastic absorption and other processes. It has the advantages of light material, easy installation, waterproof, moisture-proof, insect proof, and diverse surface patterns. It also has good performance in terms of pollution resistance, easy cleaning, sound insulation, and heat insulation. In particular, the addition of flame retardant materials in the new process makes it easy to extinguish and safer to use. Compared with metal ceiling panels, the disadvantage is that their service life is relatively short. Focus on introducing the installation and construction process of PVC board ceiling materials.
1、 Preparation of materials and equipment
Material preparation: light steel keel, accessories, suspension rods, expansion bolts, PVC sheets, etc., qualified for on-site inspection and whether there are factory certificates and material quality certificates. Equipment preparation: profile cutting machine, electric curve saw, hand-held electric drill, electric hammer, self tapping screw drill, hand-held electric sandpaper machine, etc.
2、 Working conditions
Within the scope of the required suspended ceiling, all mechanical and electrical installations have been completed, various pipelines have passed pressure testing and concealed acceptance.
Before the large-scale construction of the light steel skeleton ceiling, a sample room should be made, and the arching degree, light groove, curtain box, ventilation opening and other parts of the ceiling should be treated for construction. After identification, large-scale construction can be carried out.
3、 Construction process flow: cleaning of the base layer, installation of suspension bars, installation of main keels, installation of side keels, weak current and comprehensive fabric concealed inspection, installation of secondary keels and PVC board surface finished products, acceptance of sub items, and installation of suspension lines: according to the design elevation of the suspended ceiling, the suspended ceiling line is used as the standard line for installation. Installation of suspension bars: Determine the position of the suspension bars according to the construction drawings, install the embedded parts (angle iron) of the suspension bars, apply anti rust paint, and use steel bars with a diameter of to make the suspension rods. The distance between the suspension points is 900-1200mm. During installation, weld the upper end to the embedded parts and connect the lower end to the suspension bars after threading. The exposed length of the end of the installed suspension rod shall not be less than 3mm.
Installation of main keel: Generally, UC38 keel is used, and the spacing between the main keels of the ceiling is 900-1000mm. When installing the main keel, the main keel hanging bracket should be connected to the main keel, the screws should be tightened, and the ceiling should be arched by 1/200 according to the requirements. The flatness of the keel should be checked at any time. The main keel in the room is arranged along the long direction of the lamps, avoiding the position of the lamps; The main keel in the corridor is arranged along the short direction of the corridor.
Installation of secondary keel: The supporting secondary keel is made of painted T-shaped keel, with the same spacing as the horizontal specification of the board. The secondary keel is hung on the large keel through hanging parts. ⑤ Installation of edge keel: L-shaped edge keel is used, fixed to the wall with plastic expansion tube self tapping screws, with a fixed spacing of 200mm.
Concealed inspection: After the installation of water and electricity, water testing, and pressure testing are completed, the keel should be inspected for concealment. Only after passing the inspection can it enter the next process. Installation of decorative panel: 9mm thick PVC decorative panel, 200mm wide, fixed to the keel with self tapping screws, and pasted with plastic wire feet
